Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Smooth yellow celluloid with gold plated trim. The flat cap top and end of barrel are black. The section is black. The clip includes a stylized etched flower and foliage (very unique and pretty).

Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The pen is smooth and the color is excellent. The barrel has light to moderate scratching with capping rings. The threads are slightly discolored. The cap has light scratching. The clip is quite lovely with some brassing on the ball. The lever has some pitting on the sides. The thin cap band is lightly scratched and there is blackening on the edges where it touches the barrel. The imprints are clear.
