Product Description
Type Vintage button-filling fountain pen
Product Name unknown
Manufacturer and Year Unknown maker, but the clip style suggests it could be European and from the 1930s. It has a Canadian Sheaffer nib.
Length 5-1/4" long
Filling System Button-filling. We have restored and tested the system and it's working very well.
Color Marbled green with mauve veins. Probably celluloid, but it could be casein. Gold-plated clip with an arrow-style tip. Black section and blind cap.
Nib FINE 14k gold Sheaffer's Canada nib, size 5. Firm and smooth, with excellent tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. This is an unusual little "franken-pen", with a clip that resembles a Parker arrow clip, material that's reminiscent of Conway-Stewart, and a clearly labeled Sheaffer Canada 14k nib. The barrel and cap have microscratching and handwear. The clip has plating wear and some pitting. There are 2 narrow grooves near the cap lip. The barrel has handwear and light scratching. The section has some scratches or tool marks on the front edge. The blind cap has shallow tooth marks. The filling system works well. The nib looks great.
