Product Description
Type Modern cartridge/conveter filling fountain pen.
Product Name Unknown. It's branded Valentino Garavani.
Manufacturer and Year Unknown, we really suspect the pen was made in Japan or for the Japanese market. The cartridge configuration suggests it might have been made by Sailor. We're guessing 1970s or 1980s.
Length 5-9/16".
Filling System Cartridge/converter filler. The Japanese Sailor style cartridges/converters seem to fit it well, and we'll ship it with one of their cartridges.
Color Blue with gold colored trim and a thin red band just above the cap lip.
Nib FINE gold plated Valentino nib marked F. It's smooth with nice tipping material and has just a slight hint of flex to it.
Condition Near mint condition. No cracks, dings, dents, personalization, or plating wear. There are a few tiny marks near the end of the barrel, and one tiny pinpoint chip in the laquer finish on the cap. The small sticker with model name is still intact on the barrel, though the writing is a bit worn.
