Product Name Wahl Pen, the nib is marked "Wahl 4."
Manufacturer and Year Wahl, USA -- 1921-29.
Length 4-7/8" (capped). This may have been the largest size Wahl Pen.
Filling System Lever filler. A new sac has been installed and it is working well. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Gold filled "Greek Key" pattern. The gold filled overlay is over black hard rubber.
Nib Medium 14k Wahl #4 nib is firm and smooth. A few tool marks. No flex or line variation.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap and barrel both have light wear all over. No dents or dings. The cap has plating wear around the top edge and along the cap lip. The clip has scratching and some brassing along the sides. The front edge of the section overlay is a little rough. There are some spots of brassing on the section. There are marks from capping the pen. The end of the barrel has plating wear around the edge, but the rest of the barrel looks quite good. The lever bar has a blotch of plating wear. The cap imprint is clear.
