Product Name Doric Gold Seal ... the junior size.
Manufacturer and Year Wahl Eversharp, made in USA – 1931-5 (the color indicates that it was made in those years).
Length 4-5/8 inches.
Filling System Lever filler. We've replaced the sac and tested it, it's working very well.
Color Kashmir was Wahl's name for this green marbled celluloid pattern. Gold plated trim with a patterned cap band that is a little over 3/16 inches wide.
Nib FLEXIBLE MEDIUM Eversharp Gold Seal screw-in nib marked Flexible, with an M on the feed. It's very smooth with lovely tipping material, and has about what we would call full flexibility, with easy line variation from a thin medium to a nice double broad under hardly any pressure.
Condition Excellent condition. though there are a few small cracks in the cap lip which all stop at or before the cap band and are not likely to spread further. No cracks in the barrel. There's light wear on the cap and barrel, and just tiny marks of brassing on some of ridges of the cap band and lever, and on the edges of the clip. The color is quite beautiful, with one transparent section on the end of the barrel showing a nice light kiwi green in the light. No dents or dings, the imprint is readable, and the gold seal looks great. The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
