Condition |
This pen has been used, but it is in excellent condition. Fairly even color, though the very top of the cap is a brighter red, possibly nascient crystalization. This color is rare because it is prone to cracking, and while the barrel is excellen, we do note a crack about midway up the cap which follows the pattern of the chunks of celluloid and goes around the cap about 3/4 of the way. No cracks in the cap lip. There's a small amount of brassing on some of the high points of the cap band and clip. The clip is personalized with three initials -- H L P or possibly M L P The filling system works well, and we'll guarantee it for a period of one year. |
