Type Vintage bulb filling small size desk pen.
Product Name Bantam - this is the faceted desk pen version, essentially a tiny sized Doric desk pen.
Manufacturer and Year Wahl Eversharp, made in USA -- circa 1930s.
Length about 5-9/16".
Filling System The pen is filled via the bulb system. You unscrew the end of the barrel and squeeze the bulb a few times, letting it re-inflate. We restored it with a new sac, it is working very well.
Color Green Marble multi-faceted celluloid body with a long black taper which has two gold plated bands on it where it meets the barrel.
Nib FULL FLEX MEDIUM gold nib marked "Wahl 0 14k." There's a tiny pitting spot in the tipping of one tine. It's what we would call full flex, with very easy line variation from medium to a wide double broad.
Condition Excellent condition. There are just some light marks on one side of the barrel and some light scratching and marks on the taper piece. The black hard rubber section is a bit discolored. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. It's full restored and working very well.
