Type Vintage fountain pen
Product Name Unknown, it looks like the Gold Seal ring top but does not have the medallion.
Manufacturer and Year Wahl Eversharp, USA -- 1930s
Length 4-5/16" (not counting ring hardware)
Filling System Lever filler, restored with a new sac.
Color Black and pearl celluloid with gold filled trim. The pen has four narrow bands.
Nib MEDIUM 14k nib. The tipping has a nice shape to it for very subtle line variation. The nib is not flexible at all. The Eversharp nib is the style seen on Skylines from the 1940s. It is probably not the original nib.
Condition Very Nice condition. The pen is discolored with more discoloration on the barrel. The barrel band protrudes slightly and there is some brassing on the lever and lowermost cap band. There is a large discolored crack in the pearl colored celluloid towards the top of the cap but it does not extend to the edge and will probably not change in the future. There is noticeable handwear throughout. The barrel imprint is legible. Fully restored and working well.
