Product Description
Type Vintage fountain pen
Product Name Unknown model
Manufacturer and Year Wahl, USA, circa 1920s
Length 3-3/8" (w/o the ring top included)
Filling System Lever filler. The filling system is working well, and we replaced the sac.
Color Yellow gold filled with a Dart pattern.
Nib Marked Eversharp 14k, and is about a #2 size. Normally we see Wahl #1 or #2 nibs, so this later nib might be a replacement. Extra fine point, with flexibility to medium-broad (what we call almost full flex, but not a wet noodle). Good tipping material visible. See writing sample.
Condition Very Nice condition for this shiny, dainty little pen. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings, or personalization. The patterning on the cap is fairly worn but still visible; the barrel patterning is quite strong. The last 1/4" of the barrel is brassed, probably from posting the cap. The imprints are clear.
