Manufacturer and Year Wahl Oxford (a Wahl-Eversharp sub-brand). This is an early model, probably from the 1930s. The pen is shaped like the long slender Equi-poise Wahls. This is the Junior model.

Filling System Lever filler, restored here at PSP with a new sac.
Color Black and cream marble with gold plated trim. .
Nib #3 semi-flex Warranted nib. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Brassing on the clip and cap rings, but the trim has good plating on the lever. Imprint is clear.
