Product Name Wahl Oxford Regular, this is from the second set of Wahl Oxford pens. It is the Regular and not the Special due to the lack of viewing window. A nice description of the Wahl Oxford pens can be found here.
Manufacturer and Year Wahl, USA -- 1939-41. Wahl made this model when they were still trying to gain acclaim for their fountain pens in addition to their pencils. The manufacturer imprint says "Wahl Oxford made in USA by the makers of Eversharp."

Filling System Lever filler, restored here at PSP with a new sac.
Color Grey Pearl is a marbled gray with white gold plated trim. The plating on these Wahl Oxfords is very thin.
Nib Fine 14k Wahl Oxford #2 nib. It has a small amount of give but is mostly firm. A nice smooth writer.
Condition Excellent condition. The lever has great plating and the clip has some plating wear. The cap band is completely brassed. Both the cap and barrel are littered with bite marks. They're not visible due to the patterning but can be felt. There is a little bit of blue on the barrel unseen when capped. The barrel imprint is in good condition. Not crisp but mostly easily read.
