Filling System Eyedropper. We tested the pen and it works very well.
Color Black hard rubber body, with a gold overlay for the barrel. There are no hallmarks to indicate the gold content in the overlay, though the "3" in the model number indicates a "solid gold barrel overlay". The overlay has a barleycorn pattern.
Nib FINE Flexible #2 nib, which is what the 2 in the units place of the model number means. Waterman Ideal Canada. See writing sample. Very good line variation from fine to broad.
Condition Excellent + condition for this long, tapered, elegant fountain pen. The taper cap has some very slight discoloration. The cap does not fit tightly, but it does cling well enough, however you should be careful when carrying it. The section has solid black coloration with capping lines and moderate scratching. The cap fits very well over the section. The imprints are clear. No cracks, chips, dings, or deep scratches. Personalized with the name "ALICE" on the barrel.
