Nib FLEXIBLE FINE Waterman's Ideal #2 nib. The nib flexes easily from fine to a little more than broad. There's a little bit of a bend in one of the tines, but we have straightened the nib and it writes well. See writing sample below. We consider this almost fully flexible.
Condition Excellent condition for this diminuitive, elegant pen. No personalization. The gold filigree on the cap and barrel looks great with just some light scratching. The lined end of the barrel has some plating wear, caused by posting. The hard rubber under the gold filigree has faded to brown which is common for these pens. There are some miniscule dots of wear on the section but the color is a solid dark black, as it should be. No cracks, dents, dings, or serious scratches. The imprints are all clear.
