Filling System Eyedropper filling system. We've cleaned and tested it, it's working very well. We'll include an eyedropper kit and instructions on filling this pen.
Color Black chased hard rubber barrel; smooth black hard rubber cap.
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE gold nib is marked "Waterman's Ideal New York ." Please see the writing sample below. The point is fine which offers very strong contrast to the flexed lines of the pen. Line variation from a fine to broad, almost full flex. Excellent tipping material, though there are some tool marks on the nib.
Condition Excellent + condition for this slim, light, and shiny black fountain pen. The chasing on the barrel looks great. The edge of the top of the barrel has some deep scratch marks as does the thin ring at the very top of the barrel. The cap is perfect. The section has horizontal capping lines and two deep scratch marks near the shaved area (this area allows the cap to hold). The imprints are crystal clear. There are no cracks, chips or dings.
