Type Vintage eyedropper filling fountain pen from near the turn of the century, working well.
Product Name Model 14 as stamped on the bottom of the barrel. This is an uncommon filligree pattern, according to the knowledgeable Vintage Pens website. It was the first non-sterling filigree pattern, and was featured in the Waterman exhibit at the 1904 World Fair. See this neat post by the Arkansas Pen Club where you can see the exhibit.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in U.S.A. -- circa 1907.

Filling System Eyedropper filler. We've cleaned and tested the pen and it's working very well.
Color Black hard rubber with a gold filled filigree in "Trefoil" -- a branch or vine like pattern.

Condition Superior condition with no cracks, chips, dings, or dents. This is a really beautiful, elegant pen with beautiful black and gold filigree contrasts. There is some plating wear along the edges of some of the branch/vine filigree. The black hard rubber is dark and new looking. The section has some capping marks. The pen is personalized "WLM" in ornate lettering on the barrel. The imprints are nice and clear, including the 14 stamped on the end of the barrel.
