Type Safety pen in excellent working condition
Product Name So called "Baby" version. 42 1/2 V, marked on the end of the barrel. 4 = safety filling system, 2 = nib size, 1/2 = slender, V = short. There was a smaller safety pen made by Waterman, but this is the more common one usually referred to as the "Baby."

Length 3-1/2" capped, 4-11/16" posted. This is an extremely small pen, so please don't purchase it without giving consideration to the size.

Color Black chased hard rubber.

Condition Very nice condition with no cracks. This is a very small, dark pen with chasing still intact. The color has faded from black to a chocolate brown. The barrel has a significant burn mark (see photo below) but it does not go thru the barrel to cause a leak. There is a tiny chip on the edge of the end of the barrel. The imprints are clear.
