Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Sterling silver filigree over hard rubber. Black smooth hard rubber end piece and section. The barrel and cap are covered with a cut out basketweave sterling filigree design which has been etched.
Nib The nib is marked "WATERMAN'S IDEAL NEW YORK 2". The tip is Broad with no real flex. It has excellent tipping material.
Condition Superior condition, with some fading of the hard rubber due to sun exposure. Only light handwear on the silver and hard rubber, but no dents/dings/personalization. Light scratches on hard rubber above the threads probably caused by the turning cap. No cracks or missing parts. The clip is excellent. No dents along the top cap edge. The imprint is a bit worn but readable.
