Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.

Nib FINE FLEXIBLE Waterman's Ideal Brown nib with the keyhole breather hole. It's smooth with nice tipping material and it's close to what we would call fully flexible. it gives easy line variation from fine to a nice large broad under very little pressure, and almost double broad under just a little more.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips, dings, dents, or personalization. The barrel is scratched where the cap posts. The barrel has microscratching and handwear that is more pronounced toward the end of the barrel. The trim has some brassing. The 5 imprint on the end of the barrel is a bit worn, but the maker's imprint on the side of the barrel is crisp and readable. The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
