Product Name 512 (h), as labeled on the barrel.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, England -- 1940s to early 1950s
Length 5-3/16"
Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Brown barrel and cap with two thin cap bands. The trim is gold plated or filled.
Nib The nib is marked 14CT W Warranted 1B. It is semi-flexible with a lot of tipping material. Unflexed it writes like a fine or extra-fine nib. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent Condition. The barrel is in great condition with minimal handwear. There is some brassing on the bottom cap band and the clip now looks two tone. There's some pitting on the lever. However the clip, lever, and cap bands are all firmly in place and the two tone appearance of the clip does not look bad. The imprint is very crisp and readable. This pen writes very smoothly. The filling system is working well, and we'll guarantee it for a year.
