Type Vintage ringtop pen which works beautifully and has a flexible nib.
Product Name Model 52 1/2 V (marked on the end of the pen barrel) 1/2 indicates slim and V indicates short.

Length 4-1/4", excluding ringtop hardware. This is a short and slim pen.
Filling System It is a lever filler. A new sac has been installed. It's fully restored and working well.
Color Black chased hard rubber (BCHR) with gold-plated lever.
Nib Flexible gold nib. The nib reads "Waterman Ideal Reg. U.S. Pat. Off 2" and has just about full flex. Please see the writing sample below. The nib looks like it could be a medium, but the writing sample shows almost an extra fine to double broad line variation.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen is very shiny and smooth. The chasing has smoothed out and there is some fading on the cap and barrel. The ringtop hardware looks good. The barrel imprint is faint but legible. There is some plating wear on the edges of the lever and lever box. No cracks or chips.
