Product Name Rare! Model 52X..... identified by a 52X mark at the end of the barrel. The 52X is a rare variation, it has the body and cap of a larger 56 model, with the smaller 52 #2 nib.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in U.S.A. -- 1917-20s.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black chased hard rubber cap and barrel. Nickel clip and lever.

Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents. or dings. This is a dark, black, hard rubber pen with fully intact chasing. It is shiny and impressive. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. Neither the cap nor barrel has any notable scratching. The lever has a bit of plating wear around the edges. The clip has plating wear and some pitting. The imprints are clear.
