Product Description
Type Vintage pen which works beautifully and has a flexible nib.
Product Name Model 52 (marked on the end of the barrel)
Manufacturer and Year Waterman - circa 1920s
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black chased hard rubber with nickel plated trim. No clip or ringtop, and no indication that the cap ever had either.
Nib FULL FLEX FINE Waterman's Ideal NY #2 nib. It's in great condition, smooth, with nice tipping. Excellent flex, we consider it full flex, with easy variation from medium-fine to an impressive double broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. There's just some very light scratching here and there, and the chasing is somewhat worn, with the imprint mostly worn away. The hard rubber has discolored a bit which is common in these old hard rubber pens. The lever is a bit worn looking. No cracks, chips, or personalization. Fully restored and working well.
