Filling System It is a lever filler. A new sac has been installed. It's fully restored and working well.
Color Red ripple hard rubber with 18k gold filled trim including a clip and a 5/32" cap band. The underside of the lever is marked 18kt Gold Filled.
Nib Firm Extra Fine Waterman's Ideal New York #2 gold nib. It writes smoothly and has "Account" on the face. (These extra fine, no-flex pens were ideal for writing in ledger books.)
Condition Excellent condition. The lever snaps firmly into place. The red ripple hard rubber has great color. The trim is unbrassed with a few spots of wear on the cap band and lever. The imprints are clear. A "K" has been scratched into the end of the barrel beneath the 52 V. It has been smoothed and is barely texturally present. There are shallow bite marks on the cap and shallower bite marks on the end of the barrel. No cracks or chips.
