Filling System Lever filler. We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.
Color Grey marble with red bits. The trim is nickel plated. It is personalized on the barrel: "J.L. Franklin, Jr.".
Nib Flexible Fine. Almost full flex with line variation from extra fine to broad. The nib is marked "Waterman's IDEAL 4 ". See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a pretty pen with pearlized marbling and with subtle pops of red. The cap and barrel have light scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The lever has plating wear along the lower edge and small scratches. The cap band has dots of pitting and plating wear along the edges. The clip has some wear and a few round marks. The imprint is clear. The pen is personalized: "J.L. Franklin, Jr.".
