Condition Pre-owned but in near mint condition. The lacquer is very smooth and has only light handwear. The nib had some black specks of ink around the inlaid area, but they cleaned off after photos were taken, as did the mark at the top of the clip. The plating looks great and the lacquer is very shiny.
