Product Description
Type Cartridge fill fountain pen
Product Name CF for "cartridge filler" (marked "Argent Massif")
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France, 1950s
Length 5-5/16"
Filling System Here's the challenge with Waterman CFs: the cartridges and converters are no longer made and are close to impossible to find. To use these pens, most modern day owners resort to refilling the cartridges with a syringe. Towards that end, we will provide the buyer with one new unused Waterman CF cartridge. The ink may be dried up, but the cartridge can be refilled.
Color Fine barleycorn sterling or silverplated finish. Gold plated clip.
Nib 18k nib is unmarked as to size, but we think it is medium.
Condition The finish shows a little wear, and there are a few very slight dents. No real scratches except for some around the ring on the very end of the barrel. Very shiny but could use more polishing too, as it is hard to clean between the barleycorn texture. The nib is in very good condition.
