Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Edson
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France. Probably from early 2000s.
Length Just under 6" - large, fat and very heavy, this was the top of the line model for Waterman for a number of years.
Filling System Takes Waterman cartridges or converters, and a converter is installed. Please note that it is a clean Waterman converter, not the red tinted one that would have come with this pen.
Color Ruby Red with gold-plated trim. The red is semi-transluscent and has a lovely depth.
Nib 18K medium nib ("M" stamped on section).
Condition Superior condition, only lightly used, no marks or signs of damage. In original Waterman packaging, but it's messy. (Waterman used a very weird blue substance on the exterior of these early boxes which always flakes off and makes a mess. We've isolated the pen in a plastic sleeve so it doesn't get this stuff stuck to it.). Includes case with white outer cardboard box and sleeve and warranty booklet and card. Pen is fitted with a Waterman converter, but it's not the original red Edson converter.
