Product Description
Type Vintage pen with flexible nib
Product Name Unknown model ..... these 1940s Canadian Watermans are great pens, but very poorly documented!
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, Canada - 1940s
Length Junior size -- 4-5/16" -- but not particularly slender, so the pen when posted is about 5-1/2 inches.
Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Black. The trim is chrome or nickel plated. One wide center cap bad, with two thin bands on either side which might have a gold wash.
Nib Canada #2 nib. It is nicely flexible with a good ink flow ... and a lot of tipping material. Not full flex, but really usable every day flex. Fine point. See writing sample.
Condition Excellent condition, with a little less than average wear. No cracks or chips or serious scratches, but a fair amount of light scratches. The plating is good. The imprints are very good. This pen writes very smoothly. The filling system is working well, and we'll guarantee it for a year.
