Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France - they still make Hémisphère series, but this is an older edition from the late 1990s with slightly different styling which is no longer made.

Filling System Takes Waterman ballpoint refills. A working refill is currently installed. The pencil takes .5mm leads.
Color Grey marbled lacquer finish over brass with gold plated trim.
Condition New old stock, never used condition. Hardly any signs of use, just really light signs of storage. No chips, cracks, scratches, or plating wear. Original blue Waterman Paris box.
