The barrel has moderate surface scratching and and under the surface lines. The lever has small scratches as well as plating wear along the edges. The cap has moderate wear as well as black under the surface, perhaps caused by ink. The cap band has light scratching, plating wear and pitting along edges. The clip has tiny scratch marks, pitting along some of the edges and some plating wear. The Ideal emblem on top of the cap looks good with some small scratches. The area around the emblem is a bit shaved down. The hard sided box is in good shape considering its age. It has rust on the metal edges and rust stains along the edges of the fabric.
