Product Name L'Étalon. This is the #16311 Burgundy Lacquer Fountain Pen. This was one the top series for Waterman in the 1990s, a heavy large pen.

Color Burgundy Lacquer color with with gold plated trim.
Nib MEDIUM 18k 750 nib marked Waterman Paris. It's smooth and firm with lovely tipping.
Condition Excllent condition. There are a pair of tiny chips in the lower barrel (see photos), and some light scratching on the cap and barrel. There' are a few tiny marks in the metal on the upper corner of the cap. No cracks, dings, dents, or personalization. It's working very well.
