Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The gold lined section looks good but the collar has major plating wear and corrosion. This is a petite, beautifully colored and patterned pen with a useful and equally lovely holding tube. The cap and barrel have light scratching that is difficult to see because of the deep colors. The gold end piece of the barrel and the cap band have microscratching. The top tassie of the cap has some tiny scratch marks. The holding tube has light to moderate scratching, mostly toward the bottom end. The gold top piece that encloses the pen has lots of microscratching. The imprints on the pen are clear.
