Filling System Lever filler. We've restored the filling system, and it's working well and guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase.
Color "Nacre" color. This is black and pearl marbled celluloid. It has chrome plated trim (probably, we're not sure about the metal) including a decorated narrow cap band.
Nib FINE FULLY FLEXIBLE Waterman Ideal #2 nib. It's got great tipping material and feels smooth to write with. Long skinny tines offer full flexibility, giving line variation from fine to a wet broad. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. The barrel imprint is very clear. The barrel is discolored and has light to moderate scratching. The lever bar has some dots of pitting, especially around the tab end. There are some tooth marks near the end of the barrel. The cap is partially discolored and some of the pearly character is still evident. There is moderate scratching on the cap surface. The cap band and clip have quite a bit of brassing and some plating wear. The cap top piece has scratching and dots of pitting. The imprint is slightly worn but is still easily readable.
