Filling System Lever filler. We've put a new ink sac in the pen, and the filling system works well.
Color Waterman's Onyx color is a marbled light caramel with red veins (usually discolored, but not here), and the section and cap lip are brick red. Near-perfect condition. Gold-plated trim. The feed is red hard rubber.
Nib A wonderfully flexible Waterman Ideal Canada No. 2 nib. Not qute a wet noodle, but capable of some really pleasing line variation (see writing sample below). Extra fine. Thje pencil takes 1.1mm lead (included).
Condition The fountain pen is in superior condition, with hardly any discoloration. The body and cap are free of scratches, cracks, or chips. Very smooth and shiny even under magnification. Crisp and clear imprint. No dings, dents, or corrosion on the trim. A small amount of brassing on the top edge of the clip. Fully serviced and ready to write. The pencil is similarly gorgeous, works and is ready to use.
