Color The "Persian" color was originally a swirled mixture of pearl, pink, and light green celluloid, and featured a black section and cap lip, as well as chrome plated trim. This celluloid was also notorious for not retaining its color over time, and this one is no exception. Most of the color has aged to more warm medium brown tones.
Nib MEDIUM nib is a 14k gold Waterman IDEAL nib. The nib flexes with light pressure. Take a look at our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. There is a fair bit of discoloration, as mentioned above. The cap and barrel have moderate handwear and scratching. There is brassing and dots of plating wear on the lever, as well as on the clip and cap band. There is light scratching and marks on the chrome-plated end piece of the cap. The imprints are clear.
