Filling System Pen takes Waterman ballpoint refills, and will come with a working refill installed. The pencil takes 0.5mm leads, which it extends via the twist-click mechanism (you twist the cap piece to extend the lead one click).
Color Mineral Blue lacquer finish with gold plated trim.
Condition New, with slight storage marks. There are a few tiny light marks here and there on both pieces. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, plating wear, or any other real damage. They are both working perfectly.
