Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in France -- circa 1990s.
Length 5-1/2".
Filling System Takes Waterman ballpoint refills. A working black refill is installed. The refill must be properly inserted when screwing in the twist section and the mechanism only works when capped.
Color Red and black hard polymer finish with gold plated trim. (It is called the red ripple color but is not at all similar to the red ripple pattern in the vintage ebonite Waterman pens.)
Condition Very nice condition. There are only light scratches on the body but some of the red looks much lighter than other parts, and we believe the pen had faded considerably. In addition there is a good amount of plating wear on the edges of the cap band and a scrape at the edge of the black cap ending.. No cracks, dings, dents, or personalization. It's working well.
