Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France -- 1990s, the nib places it after 1989.

Filling System Takes Waterman or international cartridges or converters. A Waterman converter is installed. There is a box of blue Waterman cartridges underneath the platform in the box; the liquid has largely evaporated from them.
Color Black lacquer, black end pieces, gold trim.
Nib FINE 18k two tone nib. The feed is labeled F. It's firm and smooth with perfect tipping.
Condition Excellent condition, in original box with paperwork. There are 4 hairline cracks in the cap, just below the finial and ring clip (see photos below .... it was very hard to capture these super-fine cracks!). The ring is still firmly in place, but you should avoid fiddling with it too much. The pen has light handwear and some microscratching, but the overall impression is shiny and like new.
