Product Name Le Man 100 "Opera". This was the top of the line for Waterman in the 1980s, a heavy large pen. The Opera model has chasing similar to that found on hard rubber pens.

Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A box of 8 long blue Waterman cartridges, just beginning to dry out, and a Waterman converter are included.
Color Black in a chased design with gold trim. The pattern is similar to herringbone and has a wavy pattern that reflects light for different appearances at different angles.
Nib Fine two-tone 18k nib that says "Ideal Waterman 18k 750 Paris" and is stamped with a globe. The nib has a good amount of tipping material and some give. On the back of the nib you can see that the silver colored masking is worn away to show the gold beneath.
Condition Near mint condition. The nib shows signs of usage and there is light handwear on the pen including light scratching on the gold trim around the black section. Ships with cartridges, converter, paperwork, box, and cardboard sleeve.
