Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France -- 1990s. This is the later version of the nib; Waterman changed the engraving on it slightly around 1989.

Filling System Takes Waterman or international cartridges or converters. A Waterman converter is installed. There is a box of ink cartridges in the box.
Color Black with chased pattern, black end pieces, gold trim. There are two serial numbers: one on the section (831595) and one in between the two cap bands (58189)
Nib MEDIUM 18k two tone nib. The feed is labeled M 30.
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with all paperwork and a box of cartridges, and with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a handsome black pen with even and intact chasing on the cap and barrel. The cap and barrel are excellent and look new. The smooth black endpiece of the barrel has a few light microscratches. The smooth black top of the cap is perfect. The cap and trim bands have light microscratching. The clip looks excellent. The imprints are clear.
