Product Name Unknown, we recommend pairing it with a Model 52 1/2 V or one of the "baby" sized red ripple safety pens that has a cap band.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in USA -- 1920s.

Filling System The pencil takes 1.1mm refills and works via the twist mechanism. It doesn't retract the leads (they must be pushed back in). The cone doesn't grip the leads very tightly but they're not at risk of falling out.
Color Red ripple hard rubber with gold filled ring top hardware. It has a 1/8" gold filled band.
Condition Excellent condition, working well. There is handwear and a few marks throughout. No bite marks and the ring moves freely. The ring top hardware is brassed but the cap band is excellent with fine scratches only. The imprint is completely legible.
