Product Name NW2 based on the chalkmark, nib and cap.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, England -- 1970s
Length 5-1/4"
Filling System Cartridge filler. It takes the early CF cartridges which are no longer available. There's an empty dummy cartridge in the barrel, but it looks like it has some cracks and it might not be ink tight. We will include a sealed cartridge which still has some ink in it. This cartridge can be refilled using a syringe.
Color Burgundy barrel with three thin cap bands touching each other. The trim is gold plated or filled.
Nib The nib is marked 14CT W-2B. It is firm and smooth.
Condition Very nice condition. Very small cracks on the cap lip, which are detailed in the pictures below. The barrel is in great condition with minimal handwear. Chalk mark is still present on barrel. The clip looks good, just small touches of brassing. Cap bands are excellent with no brassing. Both clip and cap bands are all firmly in place. The imprint is in good shape and readable. This pen writes very smoothly.
