Waterman Panta (or Pantabille) black ballpoint refills. The refill is in a clear plastic tube.
We believe these refills will fit:
Waterman or Waterman Jif Paris Panta 4-Color Ball Pen from the 1950's and 60's
Waterman 3-Color Ballpoint Pen model
It is also possible that they will fit the Waterman Miniature Ballpoint Purse Pen (Watermini) from the 1980's.
We have no models on hand to confirm this but, based on our research, we believe the refills will fit the listed pen models. These are hard to find refills.
