Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France – this is the version of the Phileas that came out in the mid to late 1990s.

Filling System Takes international style refills, or you can fill it with bottled ink via a converter. There is a converter in the box.
Color Coral Red. Bright red marble with swirls of black. Gold colored trim. Black accents on top of the cap and at the end of the barrel. The cap lip is black.
Nib MEDIUM two tone steel nib is firm and quite smooth on paper.
Condition Near mint, in box, with paperwork and a converter. This is a beautifully colored, shiny pen that is in lovely condition. The cap and barrel have a few little scratches here and there. There is some microscratching on the trim and clip. The imprints are clear.
