Color Blue in a marbled pattern that is vaguely stripey. The trim is chrome or steel plated. There is a single thin cap band.
Nib 14k nib is marked "Watermans IDEAL" and is fine and nicely flexible. If you are looking for flex that is easy to write with on an every day basis, these 1940s Watermans can't be beat in terms of flex-per-dollar.
Condition Very nice, with some general plastic wear and plating wear. No cracks or chips, but there are a few bite marks. The nib is in excellent condition with good tipping material. Smooth writing.
