Color Lovely golden brown in a marbled pattern that is somewhat stripey. The trim is chrome plated. There is a single thin cap band.
Nib 14k nib is marked "Watermans IDEAL" and is fine and flexible, giving line variation from fine to broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Very nice with no cracks or chips. The clip and clip screw are pitted; the lever is in much better shape, very clean. There are light marks on the barrel near the threads. The imprint is slightly worn, but still clearly readable. The nib is in excellent condition, and gives really nice line variation.
