Color Greenish gray striated pearl pattern. The trim is gold plated. There is a single thin cap band.
Nib Fine nib is marked "Waterman's IDEAL 14k". It is flexible, ranging from fine to broad lines. Not full flex, but great for every day writing. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. Microscratching and fine marks throughout, but the overall look is fairly smooth in hand. There is a scratch on the barrel near the lever box. The clip has some brassing, especially along the sides. The end of the lever is brassed on the edges of the tab. The barrel imprint is crisp. The color is a bit faded, which you can see when the cap is removed. No cracks, chips, or personalization.
