Product Name Stalwart is the name you see on the larger size of this pen in late 1940s ads, but this smaller size was called the "Starlet."
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, Canada, late 1940s. Marked on the barrel, but we can't see the nib imprint.

Filling System Lever filler - excellent working condition. We did the restoration on this one, and we'll guarantee it for a period of one year.
Color Brown striated with chrome or steel trim. There is a single thin cap band.
Nib EXTRA FINE FLEXIBLE 14k nib is marked "Watermans IDEAL 14-KT". Line variation from extra fine to medium, nothing dramatic. See writing sample below.
Condition Very nice condition for this pretty, shiny, small-sized brown striated pen. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip, and light scratching. The lever has heavy scratching The cap has moderate scratching with one long, deep scratch that goes from the air hole to the right of the cap down to the cap band (it might be a crack, but it doesn't extend to the lip). The cap band has microscratching. The clip and top disk look good. The imprints are clear.
