Product Name Stalwart is the name you see on the larger size of this pen in late 1940s ads, but this smaller size was called the "Starlet."

Filling System Lever filler - excellent working condition. We did the restoration on this one, and we'll guarantee it for a period of one year.
Color Blue marbled. The trim is gold plated. There is a single thin cap band.
Nib 14k nib is marked "Watermans IDEAL 14KT" and is fine and nicely flexible, though not full flex. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips or bite marks, but with a small amount of plating wear on the trim and some handwear with slight scratches across the barrel possibly created by the cap screwing on and off. Excellent imprint.
