Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black barrel with a gold filled cap in the stars (actually one star) and stripes (lines) design. The barrel has the original model and price sticker band on it.
Nib FIRM FINE gold semi-hooded "Taperite" nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black shiny pen with a unique and beautiful cap and that has the original model and price sticker band on the barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light to moderate scratching including some long wispy scratches. The lever has light microscratchting, a black arc on the top edge and a teeny bit of pitting along the left edge. The cap is unique with a gold star under the clip that is followed by five concentric stripes with a space five more stripes. The cap has moderate microscratching with some long, thin scratches. The top gold piece on the cap has some brassing. The imprints are clear.
